This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Spearhead the formulation and execution of the Tech+Talent 2026 marketing strategy to meet essential business goals.
• Leverage market research to pinpoint trends, customer needs, and insights that will guide and inform our marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns tailored to specific customer segments, ensuring alignment with overarching strategic objectives.
• Craft clear and persuasive solution positioning and messaging that distinguishes Axiom's offerings, particularly emphasizing Axiom’s AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with strategy, technology, and commercial teams to translate capabilities into customer-focused benefits, articulating these in marketing materials.
• Create captivating sales enablement resources, including solution briefs, presentations, and case studies to bolster sales initiatives.
• Lead the execution of our marketing plan for new solution launches, ensuring cohesive integration across various digital platforms.
• Work alongside marketing communications to launch campaigns that boost brand awareness and enhance demand generation.
• Evaluate marketing campaign performance and utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance strategies.
• Partner closely with sales teams to gather customer insights and improve solution selling techniques.
• Collaborate with strategy teams to provide market feedback that informs the prioritization of initiatives.
• Work with commercial teams to integrate customer experiences into marketing narratives and success stories.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation for marketing initiatives.
• Identify and address potential risks to ensure successful program delivery.
• Over 7 years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or a comparable role, preferably within the legal services, professional services, or technology sectors.
• Strong grasp of B2B marketing dynamics and experience in executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Proven program and project management abilities, with a history of managing multiple campaigns and workstreams concurrently.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective go-to-market strategies for technology-based solutions.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting while juggling multiple priorities.
• Strong messaging skills, ideally with experience in marketing within the legal industry.
• Proficient with CRM applications (such as Salesforce.com) and marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot).
• Ability to convert strategic objectives into effective, market-specific programs.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a high-growth, innovative, and fast-paced environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
