Senior Manager, AI Safety and Security Engineering

📋 Description

• Recruit, mentor, and develop the foundational engineering team

• Oversee the engineering roadmap for Find, Validate, and Patch initiatives

• Partner with evaluation, security, and platform leadership teams

• Communicate transparent and honest engineering updates throughout NVIDIA

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

• A minimum of 12 years in software engineering

• At least 5 years of experience in managing engineering teams

• Proven track record of guiding teams in the development of complex systems

• Strong technical understanding of architecture and evaluation trade-offs

• Ability to maintain composure in a developing program
