This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the AI Platform Enablement function as a dedicated operating domain, responsible for the roadmap, delivery, adoption, and operational strategy across various work-streams.
• Formulate and implement the strategy for a governed internal AI platform environment that encompasses developer workspaces, secure gateway patterns, identity, observability, and enterprise integrations, collaborating closely with the Enterprise AI team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in engineering, platform, infrastructure, security, risk, and compliance to ensure the platform's security, auditability, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Spearhead enablement programs that facilitate the internal teams' adoption of approved AI capabilities through structured training, reusable templates, starter kits, and rollout playbooks.
• Develop operational mechanisms, service models, and prioritization frameworks that assist teams in transitioning from ideas to functional solutions in a controlled environment with efficiency and reliability.
• Set success metrics for platform usage, onboarding, adoption, delivery velocity, control effectiveness, and user experience.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing team, providing clear direction, fostering talent development, and ensuring strong cross-functional alignment among technical and business stakeholders.
• Serve as an executive-facing leader capable of translating technical platform decisions into business outcomes, adoption strategies, and risk-managed execution.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in leading technical programs, platforms, or enterprise technology functions, with substantial people leadership experience.
• Proven experience in leading managers, senior individual contributors, or cross-functional teams within a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of AI platform enablement, developer productivity, enterprise architecture, and secure-by-design operating models.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: cloud developer workspaces, API gateways, platform engineering, CI/CD, identity and access management, observability, or enterprise integration patterns.
• Demonstrated success in integrating platform strategy with adoption and change management, including training, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale rollout.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with security, risk, compliance, infrastructure, and engineering leaders on sensitive or high-governance initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with the capacity to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity, establishing direction, and developing the function while the platform and operating model evolve.
• Proven experience in leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business results.
