Senior Manager, AI Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to 2 to 3 engineering teams within an AI-driven development environment.

• Assist teams in grasping client requirements, establishing project objectives, and ensuring effective implementation.

• Oversee high-achieving implementation teams comprised of senior engineers utilizing AI-enhanced development techniques.

• Propel delivery in alignment with the product roadmap while facilitating the company's growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, reimbursement hub, physician’s office, healthcare environment, and/or insurance background is preferred.

• Five to seven years of managerial experience leading a team of six or more.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Practical experience with AI-supported development, ideally with Claude Code.

• Proven track record of leading engineering teams in AI-first development processes.

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Understanding of pharmacy and medical benefits.

• Global insight into commercial and government payers is preferred.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills.
