This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• The Engineering Manager oversees the Advisor Hub product and the engineering team tasked with providing the primary digital gateway into the advisor ecosystem.
• This individual is responsible for the technology strategy, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of advisor experiences that facilitate seamless access to the tools, insights, workflows, and services that advisors utilize to assist clients and expand their businesses.
• The Manager delivers technical leadership, sets engineering standards and delivery practices, and is accountable for producing secure, scalable, and high-quality software in line with business objectives.
• Achieving success in this role demands a blend of strong leadership qualities, technical credibility, collaboration with product teams, and a dedication to engineering excellence.
• This leader advocates for modern software engineering practices such as DevOps, CI/CD, automation, observability, security, and continuous improvement while fostering a high-performing engineering team.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise applications on Salesforce Sales Cloud, with a solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), security, data models, integration patterns, and contemporary DevOps practices including Git-based source control, automated CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• More than 5 years of software engineering experience in creating enterprise applications using modern technologies such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, APIs, OpenShift, AWS, or other cloud-native technologies.
• At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in Information Technology, covering software engineering, application development, product delivery, or related fields.
• Over 3 years of experience leading engineering teams, encompassing hiring, coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Proven experience in delivering enterprise software using Agile product delivery methodologies.
• Experience in guiding architectural decisions and maintaining technical credibility through code reviews, design reviews, and engineering leadership.
• Demonstrated success in implementing modern engineering practices, including DevOps, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Strong communication capabilities with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
• A proven capacity to balance strategic vision with execution while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
