• Oversee a national team of five Account Executives dedicated to assessing the brand’s business impact within designated GPO, IDN, and hospital systems.
• Build robust partnerships with in-field colleagues, including the Sales team, Director of National Accounts (DNA), FRMs, and additional stakeholders.
• Collaborate and articulate the brand’s value proposition to targeted accounts while nurturing relationships with key influencers and financial decision-makers.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Federal Managed Care Leadership to oversee VA/DOD initiatives.
• Formulate a comprehensive strategy to penetrate accounts and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI through enhanced brand sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred; relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Understanding of applicable regulations and standards impacting the business.
• Capability to analyze the business landscape and formulate/implement responses to market opportunities.
• Valid driver's license and compliance with safe driving standards.
