This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Managers and Coordinators to enhance performance, accountability, and professional advancement.
• Supervise the entire client onboarding process, ensuring that implementations are completed on schedule, within scope, and meet client expectations.
• Establish, monitor, and drive performance based on key metrics, including timelines, quality, and the client onboarding experience.
• Ensure consistent application of implementation methodologies, workflows, and best practices, while identifying and addressing gaps to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Manage implementation risks, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to client onboarding.
• Maintain transparency regarding the implementation pipeline and resource allocation to support effective delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Training to align on priorities, ensure preparedness, and promote continuous improvement in onboarding processes.
• Convert onboarding challenges and client feedback into actionable insights that facilitate product enhancements and the rollout of new features.
• Lead communication and coordination of implementation timelines, expectations, and updates among clients and internal stakeholders.
• Foster the adoption of new tools, processes, and system enhancements, supporting change management in onboarding activities.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare experience is required.
• More than 7 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, or client-facing roles within healthcare or pharmacy services is required.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing teams and delivering results is required.
• A strong understanding of the 340B program setup and operational requirements is necessary.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex implementations or onboarding projects is required.
• 340B ACE certification is preferred.
