📋 Description

• Assist in organizational studies, process evaluations, system and procedure design, work simplification, measurement studies, and the development of procedure manuals.

• Contribute to enhancing program operations, methodologies, documentation, and management efficiency within a governmental setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, accounting, or a related business field is required.

• Proven experience in conducting organizational studies and evaluations is essential.

• Proven experience in designing systems and procedures is required.

• Proven experience in performing work simplification and measurement studies is necessary.

• Proven experience in preparing operations and procedure manuals in a governmental context is needed.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.

• Ability to meet IRS suitability/staff-like access requirements is required.
