SAP Export Control Expert, SD Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engaging in the SAP Business Analyst domain, tasked with delivering tier 2 support and guidance in the SD sectors of SAP, particularly during Month End and Quarter End periods.

• Perform analysis, design, assessment, modification, testing, and implementation of SAP enterprise-wide systems within the SD functional domain.

• Oversee project initiatives related to SAP, managing everything from small enhancements to significant implementations.

• Ensure adherence to Mitel Change Management protocols.

• Possess a solid understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) processes and logistics.

• Initiate new EDI solutions and provide support for existing ones.

• Develop and maintain existing business solutions in the SAP SD area, guided by an analysis of business requirements.

• Foster professional relationships with clients, management, and team members across various global locations to ensure effective delivery of support, projects, and enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with other SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, and WORKFLOW) and fellow SAP Business analysts within a small team.

• Provide clear and comprehensive specifications while maintaining open communication with the ABAP development team.

• Analyze system specifications and utilize the latest analysis and diagramming tools to depict business and technical processes.

• Create conversion and implementation plans using tools like ECATS and LSMW; prepare and secure approval for system and programming documentation.

• Suggest modifications in development, maintenance, and system standards.

• Coordinate system upgrade activities internally or externally, maintaining a client-focused approach in collaboration with Professional Services and outsourcing functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• SAP Certified in SD.

• At least 8+ years of hands-on experience with the SAP customizing toolset (IMG) in the SD area.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience is mandatory.

• Proficiency in English is essential, while French language skills are considered a plus.

• Familiarity with SAP Foreign Trade/Customs configuration, including Legal Control and Foreign Trade, particularly in analyzing and configuring legal regulations and License types by product and country.

• Experience in setting up Foreign Trade, including commodity codes, business transaction types, and import/export procedures.

• Expertise in configuring contracts, especially concerning billing plan functionality.
