Senior Business Process Consultant/Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze business processes

• Create customized solutions

• Act as the main contact for project development and execution

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Gather and document comprehensive requirements and acceptance criteria

• Facilitate discovery workshops to uncover needs

• Develop training materials and deliver customer training

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience

• Demonstrated experience in Field Service Management (FSM) and/or Customer Service Management (CSM)

• Passion for documenting intricate topics clearly and working in a solution-focused manner

• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Project management skills to coordinate timelines effectively

• Familiarity with FSM solutions from leading vendors

• Ideally holds certifications within the ServiceNow ecosystem

• Experience with methodologies such as Scrum or ITIL is advantageous

• Proficient in both German and English

• Willingness to travel based on project requirements (up to approximately 50%)
