Senior Management Analyst – DoD Facilities Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as senior-level technical support to DHA-FE leadership regarding facility planning, medical construction, and strategic facility management issues.

• Assist in the creation of DHA facility-related policies, strategic planning guidance, and requirements analyses.

• Provide expertise in the strategic planning, requirements development, design coordination, and construction considerations of military medical facilities.

• Research and consolidate extensive facility program data into succinct updates for decision-making by senior leaders.

• Aid in the formulation and support of strategic initiatives, business process enhancements, and enterprise-wide planning priorities.

• Help with the preparation, editing, and formatting of documents related to facility policies and guidance.

• Collaborate with DHA-FE stakeholders, subject matter experts, and government personnel to ensure alignment of planning and policy deliverables.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, architecture, healthcare administration/management, or business management with a healthcare focus.

• Over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, requirements planning, design, and construction for military medical facilities.

• Experience managing on-site military medical construction projects.

• At least 5 years of experience in writing and editing DoD, Military Department, or DHA facility-related policy documents.

• Strong skills in written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, research, and problem-solving.

• Capability to distill large amounts of technical information into clear and concise updates for senior leaders.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word editing and formatting tools.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Ability to develop, support, and advise on strategic planning initiatives and improvements in business processes.

• US citizenship is required.
