Business Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess and create new business opportunities across multiple domains, such as regulatory issues, environmental services, and digital innovations.

• Perform thorough customer research and analysis to pinpoint threats and opportunities for engagement, and formulate hypotheses for validation with clients.

• Assist in preparing technical, economic, and strategic feasibility studies for new initiatives and solutions related to Youx.

• Identify business requirements and aid in designing tailored technological solutions, particularly focusing on geotechnologies and Proofs of Concept (POCs), in collaboration with IT teams.

• Craft comprehensive, customized technical proposals that align with clients’ strategic challenges.

• Collaborate effectively and act as the key contact among various teams—Sales, Marketing, and Operations—engaged in the development and implementation of solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental or Forestry Engineering), Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of previous experience in business analysis or solution design within the Information Technology (IT) sector and the development of technological solutions.

• A fast-paced, execution-focused, and highly resilient profile, capable of handling multiple simultaneous demands in a dynamic work setting.

• Exceptional soft skills, including effective and assertive communication, proactivity, initiative, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate across various departments.

• Willingness to travel.

• Preferred: Familiarity or experience with geotechnologies, environmental compliance, and land regularization.

• Knowledge of consultative selling techniques.

• Understanding of CRM tools.
