This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Assess, analyze, and evaluate Lua code for precision, quality, and adherence to best practices.

• Execute technical assessments and scripting-related tasks that involve Lua programming.

• Detect bugs, performance concerns, and potential enhancements for existing code.

• Create and modify Lua scripts in accordance with project specifications.

• Utilize strong programming principles, including modular architecture, data structures, and debugging methods.

• Engage with Roblox Studio and Roblox development environments when relevant.

• Contribute to the training of AI models by delivering high-quality technical feedback and code assessments.

• Collaborate with the client's AI evaluation platform while adhering to comprehensive project guidelines.

• Advanced expertise in Lua programming, encompassing scripting, debugging, and code optimization.

• Practical experience using Roblox Studio and/or developing applications or games on the Roblox platform.

• In-depth knowledge of programming fundamentals, including data structures, functions, modular programming, and performance enhancement.

• Capability to independently review, analyze, and enhance existing Lua code.

• Professional proficiency in English with strong written communication abilities.

• Ability to work autonomously and adhere to detailed technical instructions.

• Experience in developing Roblox games or interactive experiences is an advantage.

• Prior experience in code review or technical quality assurance is a plus.

• Familiarity with software testing, debugging, and code optimization techniques is beneficial.

• Experience contributing to AI, machine learning, or code evaluation projects is a plus.
