Senior Logistics Coordinator – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee both domestic and international shipments in collaboration with carriers and freight service providers.

• Monitor shipment progress and proactively track delivery schedules to guarantee timely arrivals.

• Relay shipment updates to suppliers, warehouses, drivers, and internal teams.

• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation, including BOL, packing lists, customs paperwork, and invoices.

• Facilitate final-mile delivery and ensure a seamless handoff process.

• Receive, assess, and process product quality claims as well as shipment discrepancies.

• Oversee inventory transfers and coordinate warehouse logistics.

• Input and manage customer orders within the Order Management system.

• Maintain precise records in ERP and logistics systems.

• Ensure adherence to transportation regulations and company policies.

• Produce regular and ad hoc reports related to shipments, claims, and operational performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or transportation.

• Experience in B2B logistics or import/export environments is mandatory.

• Practical experience with international shipments, particularly in Asia, Mexico, or LATAM, is preferred.

• Solid understanding of shipping documentation, including BOL, packing lists, and commercial invoices.

• Experience in managing shipment discrepancies, documentation reviews, or claims support.

• Familiarity with import/export processes and logistics management.

• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluent in English, with strong written communication skills being essential.

• High attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.

• Capable of managing multiple workflows across logistics and claims.

• Organized, dependable, and consistent in task execution.

• Proactive in identifying and addressing discrepancies.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Quick to learn and able to adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
