Senior Loan Officer Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provides support to the McCauley team at CrossCountry Mortgage located in Dallas, TX.

• Responsible for overseeing the schedules of loan officers and assisting the Loan Processor.

• Manages the branch lead tracker along with the branch database.

• Maintains strong business relationships.

• Coordinates all appointments for loan officers, including new leads and additional meetings for the Branch Manager.

• Handles all incoming calls.

• Aids Loan Partner II with administrative tasks, including copying and faxing documents.

• Organizes regular weekly face-to-face meetings based on branch performance metrics and operations.

• Achieves branch goals related to pre-qualifications and pre-approvals.

• Participates in branch events to help Loan Officers build their clientele.

• Completes and manages branch-assigned checklists, files, and analyses within specified branch deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least 10 years of experience in residential mortgage processing.

• Experience with Encompass is mandatory.

• Familiarity with RESPA and a general understanding of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations and loan documents is preferred.

• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Superior prioritization and time management capabilities.

• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows.
