Senior Loan Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Transform leads provided by the company into finalized applications, including credit reports.

• Pre-qualify candidates and gather necessary documentation from borrowers.

• Persuade borrowers regarding all essential loan terms through a consultative and benefit-oriented approach.

• Address borrower objections with a problem-solving attitude.

• Ensure borrower commitment from funding to assist in processing and resolving any escalated issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).

• Hold an NMLS license that is in good standing.

• Exceptional sales skills with a dedication to succeeding as a mortgage sales professional.

• Capability to structure loans and prequalify clients using guidelines and standard mortgage tools.

• Comfortable managing a complete pipeline of customers throughout the loan process.

• Proficient in standard computer applications, including Microsoft Office 365.
