This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Establishes meaningful connections with families and assists them in caring for their aging relatives by connecting them with one or more of nearly 700 Brookdale communities nationwide.
• Aids families seeking assistance with senior housing or various home-based services.
• Determines which Brookdale communities or alternative resources best align with a family's specific needs.
• Encourages individuals to take proactive steps by visiting Brookdale communities to explore options that can enhance their quality of life.
• Maintains and updates databases with customer and prospective customer statuses, ensuring that data quality complies with all regulatory requirements.
• Engages with Brookdale communities through outbound calls and emails to update prospects' situations and information within the database.
• Collaborates closely with community sales and operations associates, serving as an integral part of their sales team.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year institution is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in sales, pre-sales, inside sales, or appointment setting is preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare or call center environments is also advantageous.
• Proficiency in operating personal computers and associated software is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, tasks, and projects in a fast-paced environment is required.
