Senior Living Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Establish relationships with families to assist them in caring for aging relatives by connecting them with Brookdale communities across the country.

• Aid families in their search for senior housing or in-home support services.

• Determine appropriate Brookdale communities or alternative resources that align with each family's specific needs.

• Encourage potential clients to visit communities and arrange appointments.

• Maintain customer and prospective-customer databases while adhering to compliance standards.

• Cultivate leads through follow-up discussions and provision of pertinent information.

• Provide support to communities through outbound communications, including calls and emails.

• Organize follow-up activities and community visits for prospective clients.

• Collaborate closely with community sales and operations staff as a vital extension of their sales team.

• Engage in interactive training sessions, coaching, and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive departmental culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year institution is preferred.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in sales, pre-sales, inside sales, or appointment scheduling is preferred.

• Relevant experience in healthcare or call-center operations is an advantage.

• Familiarity with the aging process and the needs of older adults is essential.

• Proficiency in using personal computers and associated software applications is required.

• Capability to manage time, tasks, and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Skill in assessing customers’ expectations, needs, and individual circumstances.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• A self-motivated individual with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently without close supervision.

• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, or nights as necessary for shift coverage.

• Capacity to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.

• No specific certifications, licenses, or additional requirements are necessary.
