Senior Litigation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of litigated claims through to their resolution, including trial proceedings.

• Offers guidance and direction to defense attorneys.

• Conducts thorough analysis of claims.

• Develops a discovery plan, which encompasses depositions and the engagement of experts.

• Grants authorization, approval, and oversight of the budget allocated for external counsel.

• Prepares and delivers recommendations for litigated matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 6-7 years of experience in claims management.

• Have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a Senior Casualty role or equivalent complex casualty/litigation background.

• At least 1 year of experience in Litigation.

• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.

• Hold a High School diploma/GED or have at least 3 years of experience in a casualty claims position within the Property and Casualty insurance sector.
