Senior Linux Systems Administrator – DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of operational verticals

• Collaborate with team members to communicate, create, and sustain large-scale systems

• Set up, configure, and enhance Linux OS-based servers

• Operate within the web development domain

• Execute essential Linux commands (df, du, htop, tmux, etc.)

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator

• Advanced knowledge of Linux, Unix, and platform operations

• Skilled in containerization and server software (NGINX preferred, Apache is acceptable)

• Familiarity with RDBMS, basic Python scripting, and LAN/ISP hosting

• Exceptional Project Management abilities (Jira)

• Proficient in containerization technologies (Docker)

• Advanced skills in Cloud Service Platforms (AWS, GCP)

• Expert-level proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu Server)

• Strong Problem Solving and Critical Thinking capabilities

• Intermediate skills in Python/Bash scripting

• Intermediate expertise in Systems Engineering

• AWS Certification is preferred

• GCP Certification is preferred

• Experience with Kubernetes

• Experience with Docker

• Experience with Helmcharts

• Experience with Ansible
