Senior Linguist - Marketing, Life Sciences - Somali

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Somalia.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in translating and copy editing content within the specified subject matter areas or verticals: **Investigator facing, Patient facing and/or Pharmacy material, Marketing, Help and UI content**.

• A professional-level proficiency in English (US/GB).

• Native-level command of Somali as the Target Language, with a strong grasp of cultural nuances.

• The candidate should be proficient with various CAT tools such as XTM, Phrase, Trados, Jira, Smartling, etc.

• Familiarity with MS Office applications, including MS Word and MS Excel.

• Preferred: A translation degree or, if holding a different degree, 3 years of translation experience, or if lacking a degree, 5 years of translation experience.
