β€’ Join Remote at a pivotal moment and make a meaningful impact in the global employment sector by becoming a Senior Lifecycle Specialist for Workers Compensation Insurance (PEO) in our Employee Lifecycle team.

β€’ Expertly navigate and provide guidance on the complex landscape of global employment with exceptional speed, knowledge, and accuracy.

β€’ Keep comprehensive and current records of insurance policies, certificates of insurance, and associated documentation.

β€’ Work in collaboration with client service and product teams to ensure the effective delivery of benefits to our clients.

β€’ Assist in coordinating carrier performance evaluations to ensure consistent adherence to service levels and standards.

β€’ Track premium costs to pinpoint potential increases and aid in initiatives aimed at stabilizing or reducing costs whenever feasible.

β€’ Remain knowledgeable about state and federal regulations affecting workers compensation administration and ensure compliance throughout operations.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in workers' compensation insurance operations within a US-based PEO setting.

β€’ Strong organizational abilities and capacity to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

β€’ Experience with vendor management and supporting contract negotiations is advantageous.

β€’ Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

β€’ Hands-on experience with AI tools to enhance workers' compensation workflows, such as optimizing claims documentation and reporting, or aiding in compliance and regulatory oversight.

β€’ Proficiency with technology and capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity remote work environment.

β€’ Ability to operate independently and make decisions with input from leadership.

β€’ Willingness to adapt to changing business requirements and shifts in the regulatory landscape.

β€’ Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

β€’ Prior experience working remotely is preferred but not mandatory.
