Senior Lifecycle Product Marketing Manager

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Establish and implement lifecycle stages (Onboarding β†’ Activation β†’ Adoption β†’ Expansion β†’ Renewal β†’ Advocacy) with clear criteria for entry and exit.

β€’ Create journeys tailored to specific segments that align with MSP maturity, product scope, and use cases.

β€’ Enhance time-to-value through automated, guided adoption initiatives.

β€’ Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to establish a quantifiable, marketing-driven expansion pipeline.

β€’ Develop scalable programs activated by usage metrics, product deficiencies, operational risk signals, and renewal timelines.

β€’ Drive multi-product attachment, expansion Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and readiness for renewal.

β€’ Create standardized, repeatable assets for customer interactions that bolster renewal discussions, particularly for products at risk of churn.

β€’ Construct messaging frameworks that actively highlight value and risk alleviation.

β€’ Define key performance indicators for the lifecycle, including activation, adoption milestones, expansion rates, renewal health, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) factors.

β€’ Convert insights into actionable steps using dashboards, alerts, and predictive indicators in collaboration with RevOps.

β€’ Identify areas of friction and work with Product and PMM to prioritize enhancements.

β€’ Broaden customer proof initiatives (reviews, case studies, testimonials, references) that are aligned with measurable MSP results.

β€’ Collaborate with Brand, Communications, and Product Marketing to promote customer narratives across global platforms.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 8 years of experience in lifecycle, retention, customer, or product marketing, ideally within a SaaS environment.

β€’ Proven track record in driving adoption, retention, or expansion via data-informed programs.

β€’ Proficiency in converting product and usage data into lifecycle insights and actionable interventions.
