Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the lifecycle strategy encompassing onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion. This involves outlining the stages, pinpointing critical moments, and establishing success metrics, followed by the development of programs to achieve them.

• You will create programs based on actual usage data, behavioral indicators, and customer trends—steering clear of assumptions.

• Facilitate expansion by crafting contextual lifecycle messaging that complements the efforts of Sales and Customer Success.

• Embrace experimentation. You will conduct structured tests on messaging, sequencing, timing, and segmentation, utilizing insights to foster continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing lifecycle or CRM initiatives at a B2B SaaS organization.

• Practical experience with marketing automation tools; familiarity with Customer.io is highly advantageous.

• Data-oriented: you understand how to link lifecycle programs to product usage, retention, and revenue results.

• Strong collaborator across functions. You can effectively engage with Sales, Product, and Engineering without losing momentum.

• You communicate clearly, think systematically, and deliver results.

• Experience with product-led growth (PLG), open-source, or freemium sales strategies is a plus.

• Knowledge of workflow automation or developer tools is an asset.
