This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Develop, oversee, and enhance automated lifecycle journeys and triggers utilizing both static and dynamic content to educate, engage, and convert users who favor a product-led or self-service approach.
• Spearhead the design and execution of lifecycle campaigns from initial concept to full implementation, encompassing planning, copywriting, audience segmentation, testing, quality assurance, launch, and performance enhancement.
• Create initiatives that facilitate transitions from free to paid, trial to paid, self-managed to paid, and sales-assisted conversion pathways.
• Manage lifecycle campaigns from the planning phase to launch, including copywriting, segmentation, testing, quality assurance, execution, and performance review.
• Collaborate with Product Growth, SMB Sales, Marketing Operations, Data, Product Marketing, Campaigns, and regional teams to ensure alignment on audience strategies, messaging, handoffs, and metrics.
• Leverage performance insights to pinpoint gaps, suggest enhancements, and consistently optimize lifecycle programs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in email marketing, guiding the team on best practices in creative development, segmentation, personalization, deliverability, testing, and execution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in lifecycle, email, CRM, or growth marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment.
• Extensive experience in constructing and refining nurture programs, automated journeys, and trigger-based lifecycle campaigns.
• Proven experience in supporting onboarding, activation, engagement, conversion, or self-service revenue initiatives.
• Proficiency in Marketo or Iterable, including skills in audience segmentation, smart lists, email templates, dynamic content, testing, and quality assurance.
• Strong expertise in email marketing, encompassing copywriting, editing, personalization, experimentation, and performance optimization.
• Experience in utilizing campaign, funnel, or product engagement data to uncover opportunities and enhance outcomes.
• Exceptional cross-functional coordination abilities, with a background in collaboration with Growth, Sales, Marketing Operations, Data, Product Marketing, and regional teams.
• Keen attention to detail in areas such as audience logic, segmentation, quality assurance, personalization, localization, and reporting.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for email design or troubleshooting purposes.
