This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the lifecycle strategy and implementation throughout the entire customer journey, encompassing cross-sell, activation, retention, re-engagement, and churn recovery.
• Propel growth for Cash Line through mobile-centric lifecycle initiatives, utilizing push notifications, in-app messaging, email, and SMS.
• Create and enhance multi-channel journeys that elevate key performance indicators such as conversion, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Establish comprehensive campaign specifications, including audience segmentation, trigger logic, and channel coordination, in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Develop and implement a hypothesis-driven experimentation roadmap across lifecycle phases, translating findings into actionable insights.
• Evaluate performance across campaigns and lifecycle phases, providing regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) that include clear insights and recommendations for next steps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Creative teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Create and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to assess lifecycle performance and guide prioritization.
• Assist in lifecycle strategy and execution for new and emerging products as they are launched.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• A minimum of 4 years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing roles.
• Practical experience in designing and executing lifecycle campaigns using a marketing automation platform (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Background in designing and analyzing A/B or multivariate tests, including setting success metrics and interpreting outcomes.
• Strong data analysis skills using spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Mode).
