This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design, implement, and oversee intricate, trigger-driven customer journeys and automated workflows within HubSpot to provide customized, one-on-one customer experiences.
β’ Integrate AI as a fundamental component of the workflow. Utilize AI to draft, personalize, segment, summarize, quality assure workflows, and extract insights more swiftly than any team could achieve manually. Test AI agents throughout lifecycle interactions, assess new HubSpot AI functionalities upon release, and reintegrate what proves beneficial. The key measure is not merely the usage of AI, but the enhanced speed and quality it brings to your work.
β’ Serve as the guardian of HubSpot data integrity. Establish automated data-cleaning protocols, oversee deduplication efforts, manage list hygiene, and coordinate the Salesforce/CRM integration sync along with field mappings.
β’ Ensure compliance with communication regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM) and advocate for best practices in email/SMS deliverability and sender reputation.
β’ Convert campaign performance data into actionable intelligence for the business. Create KPI reports that teams actively utilize. Identify significant trends early on. Translate performance metrics into straightforward recommendations that leaders can confidently act upon. The expectation here is not just reporting β it is intelligence that influences decision-making.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in Marketing Operations and Email/Lifecycle Marketing, preferably within high-growth FinTech, financial services, or alternative lending sectors.
β’ Proficient in HubSpot. Advanced knowledge of Workflows, Custom Objects, HubDB, Salesforce synchronization, and system mapping. HubSpot certifications are highly desirable.
β’ Demonstrated fluency in AI reflected in your work. You can cite specific instances where AI significantly enhanced your efficiency or effectiveness across content, analysis, operations, or a combination thereof.
β’ Strong analytical skills. Comfortable navigating data and equally adept at explaining its implications.
