📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor for Microsoft licensing to Public Sector clients.

• Offer expert advice on Microsoft licensing frameworks, product entitlements, and program stipulations.

• Assist customers in making well-informed licensing choices that align with their organizational goals, digital transformation initiatives, and budgetary limits.

• Conduct customer-facing licensing consultations, workshops, and discussions regarding renewals.

• Clarify and simplify intricate licensing requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Provide an outstanding customer experience through timely, precise, and proactive licensing support.

• Keep a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft's changing licensing programs, products, and policies.

• Participate in process enhancements aimed at improving operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
