This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supports the team with the management of the Performance of Work (Home Improvement/Electrical Contractor) license portfolio.
• Collaborates directly with pertinent state and local authorities to uphold necessary licenses.
• Works in conjunction with the business operations department to guarantee that the field team is appropriately licensed, including handling annual renewals and maintenance.
• Applies for and oversees local business licenses.
• Undertakes any other essential tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of experience in Licensing.
• Proficient in using Salesforce, Adobe, and Docusign.
• At least 4 years of progressive experience in licensing, compliance, and related functions within a corporate setting or law firm.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations governing state-level licenses, permits, and registrations.
• Must be a notary public or be willing to obtain this certification if not currently held.
