Senior Liability Trial Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Act as a representative for the commercial insured clients of a reputable and financially sound commercial insurance provider.

• Prepare and litigate complex General Liability and Commercial Auto personal injury cases with significant exposure.

• Conduct pre-trial discovery, draft legal documents, and perform initial investigations and legal analyses.

• Collaborate with claims adjusters to formulate effective case strategies.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through proactive communication of pertinent information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the Litigation field.

• Licensed to practice in Ohio and an active member in good standing with the Ohio State Bar Association.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe software.

• Familiarity with Lexis or Westlaw legal research tools.

• Understanding of the insurance sector, claims processes, and the legal landscape of insurance defense litigation.
