Senior Legal Executive – General Counsel Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Delivering personalized coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions utilizing the Mento Platform and Tools.

• Engaging in continuous training sessions to enhance coaching skills and abilities.

• Interacting with members through your Mento email or via chat in the Mento App between sessions.

• Being a vital part of the Mento coaching community by sharing coaching tools and insights—contributing to the improvement of our coaching practices and our mission to empower individuals to thrive in fulfilling careers.

• Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as a representative of the Mento community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, or another senior legal executive with over 20 years of experience leading legal teams in the technology sector or related fields.

• You are a leader with pertinent experience in coaching individuals (coaching certification is advantageous but not mandatory).

• A desire to transform your people leadership abilities into impactful coaching skills.

• Enthusiastic about assisting individuals in advancing their careers to create fulfilling professional and personal lives.

• A self-aware individual with high emotional intelligence, committed to fostering a safe environment where others can express vulnerability.

• Eager to develop your coaching skills, maintaining a growth mindset regardless of your coaching experience.

• Comfortable navigating a dynamic startup environment.

• Capable of dedicating at least 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento over the next 24+ months.
