Senior Legal Counsel, Crypto Casino

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee the establishment of entities, inter-company agreements, and thorough corporate housekeeping, ensuring timely execution of changes in collaboration with the Compliance Team and local CSPs.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements (including B2B, SaaS, licensing, marketing, and contractor contracts) while managing redline negotiations directly with counterparties.

• Develop reports, standard terms, contract templates, and essential legal documentation independently from scratch.

• Manage intellectual property and maintain the centralized trademark register, working with external agents for new filings.

• Serve as the primary legal advisor for rapid inquiries from internal business teams and act as the main point of contact with CSPs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.

• Over 5 years of experience, predominantly at a senior level, with practical contract drafting across various business arrangements.

• Strong corporate law foundation in a multi-jurisdictional setting.

• Background in iGaming (or fintech/payments) is preferred.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Ability to work independently and create solutions from the ground up.

• Clearly identifies problems and open questions, with an ability to escalate when necessary.
