Senior Legal Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Draft, evaluate, and negotiate commercial contracts

• Provide practical, risk-adjusted legal advice

• Manage and enhance the comprehensive contract lifecycle management process

• Act as a reliable partner to various cross-functional stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school

• 5 to 7+ years of experience as a commercial or corporate attorney

• Strong background in negotiating SaaS and software-related agreements

• Good understanding of standard commercial terms

• Familiarity with major data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) is a plus

• Experience working in-house at a technology, fintech, or regtech firm is advantageous
