Senior Legal Counsel, APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Prepare, assess, and negotiate various commercial agreements

• Serve as the integrated legal advisor for our Product and Engineering teams

• Navigate intricate, multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments concerning payments, digital assets, and data privacy

• Function as a reliable business partner, offering risk-aware legal advice

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) within a prestigious law firm and/or an in-house legal team

• Strong expertise in commercial, product, and/or financial regulatory law

• Preferred familiarity with global payments, corporate credit cards, or Web3/blockchain technology

• Ability to excel in fast-paced, ambiguous settings

• Proficient in managing multiple dynamic projects with overlapping deadlines

• Capable of quickly translating complex legal ideas into straightforward, commercial solutions for non-legal stakeholders

• Qualified to practice law in a recognized jurisdiction (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, UK, US, or Australia)
