• Traveling Leasing Specialist

• Offer solutions for apartment vacancies

• Travel to various communities

• Lease apartments for durations ranging from 35 to 45 days

• Enjoy a two-week paid vacation between assignments

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid Driver's License

• Willingness to travel for 30-50 days at a time

• Capable of conducting tours and walking up to 3 miles daily

• Bachelor's degree preferred, though not mandatory

• A minimum of 4 years of leasing experience
