This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee a high-performing, multidisciplinary Lease Audit Team.
• Manage the complete audit billing processes, including client invoicing and coordination.
• Own, maintain, and consistently improve the Lease Audit Team Playbook.
• Supervise project tracking and reporting utilizing tools like Smartsheet.
• Direct and drive the success of various client engagements while ensuring quality assurance.
• Cultivate relationships with third-party auditors and vendors.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the audit lifecycle.
• Represent the Lease Audit function during client pitches and onboarding discussions.
• Monitor and evaluate monthly and year-to-date financials for the Lease Audit function.
• CPA certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in lease auditing, financial analysis, or real estate accounting.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop teams.
• Expertise in client relationship management and strategic account oversight.
• Experience in managing billing, accounts receivable, and revenue tracking.
• Demonstrated capability in process improvement and SOP development (ownership of the Playbook).
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools is preferred.
• Experience in cross-regional collaboration and global portfolio management.
• Strong skills in audit execution, review, and quality assurance.
• Experience in managing third-party vendors and external partners.
