This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead negotiations for new office leases, renewals, expansions, and terminations across a multi-location national portfolio.
• Collaborate with brokerage partners, landlords, and other stakeholders to design lease terms that reduce costs and organizational risks while fulfilling operational and security requirements.
• Perform market analysis and financial modeling to facilitate lease decision-making and obtain executive approvals.
• Maintain comprehensive lease abstracts and a centralized directory of all active, expired, and pipeline properties.
• Monitor and manage critical date calendars for options, rent escalations, renewal notifications, and lease expirations throughout the entire portfolio.
• Act as the main point of contact for landlord communications and ensure prompt resolution of lease-related disputes.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in commercial lease administration, with proven responsibility for a multi-location portfolio (50+ leases preferred).
• Strong skills in lease abstraction and critical date management, with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate concepts: NNN vs. gross leases, CAM reconciliations, TI allowances, holdover provisions, and subordination/non-disturbance/attornment (SNDA) agreements.
• Capability to read, interpret, and negotiate lease language in collaboration with senior management.
• Knowledge of SAM.gov for office registrations and CAGE code administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling), Word, and PowerPoint.
