This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acts as a strategic collaborator in the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning solutions aimed at enhancing organizational performance and fostering employee development.
• Combines expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, change management, consulting skills, and the application of AI tools to assess training needs, craft engaging learning experiences across various modalities, and evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives.
• Oversees the complete design and creation of interactive learning experiences, programs, and curricula that align with and promote the strategic goals of the Credit Union.
• Chooses suitable instructional techniques to optimize skill acquisition, including e-learning courses, micro-learnings, webinars, job aids, quick reference materials, meeting-in-a-box solutions, simulation exercises, role-playing, and blended learning formats.
• Breaks down complex content and structure into organized, digestible modules, ensuring clarity, relevance, and learner engagement.
• Creates course content utilizing traditional authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise and proactively seeks out new tools to improve content design and delivery.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in developing and delivering training solutions across various formats.
• Demonstrated success in leading intricate training initiatives that yield measurable business results.
• Proven experience in consulting with senior leadership and managing projects across multiple functions.
• A degree in education, instructional design, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Preferred certifications include: ATD Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) or Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), ATD Instructional Design Certificate or Master Instructional Designer designation, and E-Learning or Instructional Design certifications from recognized programs.
• A combination of education and experience equivalent to the stated qualifications may be considered.
