This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and implement the comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) strategy that aligns with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Create and refine a contemporary learning ecosystem that integrates micro-learning, self-directed pathways, and blended/dual-modality delivery methods (both virtual and in-person).
• Develop and provide captivating learning content across various formats, ensuring it is accessible, scalable, and impactful.
• Define and instill enhancements in AI capabilities throughout the organization, which includes AI literacy, role-specific expectations, and practical adoption strategies.
• Promote organization-wide AI literacy by nurturing confidence, responsible usage, and the incorporation of AI into everyday workflows.
• Establish frameworks for developing capabilities across leadership, functional, and enterprise skill areas.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, business leaders, and subject matter experts to determine capability requirements and deliver tailored learning solutions that align with business priorities.
• Integrate learning as a fundamental cultural element that fosters engagement, performance, and ongoing development.
• Oversee compliance and governance of learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, training frameworks, and audit preparedness.
• Curate and manage external vendors to provide specialized learning solutions as necessary.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and learning technologies, focusing on system optimization, integrations, and enhancing the learner experience.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives, capability enhancements, and adoption metrics to facilitate continuous improvement.
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Organizational Psychology or Development.
• Over 5 years of experience in the L&D sector.
• Proven experience in sourcing and managing external training providers.
• Understanding of the principles of learning (instructional design) and methods to foster behavioral change (behavioral science).
• Practical knowledge of cutting-edge learning and development techniques and technologies.
• Experience in creating training programs for both online and offline formats.
• Background in designing, implementing, and assessing scalable learning programs for a global audience.
• Experience in highly regulated industries or technology sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of L&D trends and best practices.
• Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline or similar design software.
• Relevant experience in an Organizational Development capacity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient facilitation skills for both in-person and remote settings.
• Experience in administering Learning Management Systems, with a strong preference for Absorb.
• Familiarity with audit processes.
• Experience in developing learning courses.
