This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take full ownership of all LXD tasks and activities assigned as part of the project/programme deliverables.
• Design and produce learning content and assets across various blended learning modalities.
• Review, provide feedback, and update products to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis & Learning Outcomes Design.
• Transform learning outcomes into well-structured training objectives that align with programme and business goals.
• Ensure that all design decisions are informed by learner insights, role relevance, and performance needs.
• Create comprehensive blended learning frameworks that meet training objectives and learner requirements.
• Outline learning pathways that encompass pre-work, workshops, practice, and post-learning reinforcement.
• Choose suitable instructional methods, delivery formats, media, tools, and technologies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop realistic, work-based challenges and assignments.
• Review and ensure quality assurance of all learning assets to maintain instructional integrity and consistency.
• An expert in Learning Experience Design (LXD) and andragogy, possessing a strong grasp of instructional design principles, learning science, and adult learning theory.
• A proven learning designer with proficiency in creating effective, scalable blended learning experiences across digital, workshop, and work-based formats.
• Highly skilled in prompt engineering and the practical use of Generative AI tools (including ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, and Microsoft Copilot) to enhance and expedite learning design activities such as content creation, structuring, storyboarding, assessment design, and iteration.
• A collaborative team player with a successful track record of working effectively with Product teams, SMEs, facilitators, and technical teams to deliver top-quality learning solutions.
• Enthusiastic about utilizing technology to transform learning experiences and dedicated to the mission of making technology education accessible and impactful for a broader audience.
