• Utilizes instructional design principles, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theories to identify suitable solutions for knowledge or performance deficiencies.
• Analyzes needs, organizes content, designs solutions, and creates facilitator guides, storyboards, scripts, performance support resources, mobile learning solutions, and manuals.
• Conducts needs assessments with clients to establish effective learning solutions.
• Develops learning objectives and coordinates performance assessments.
• Creates multi-modal learning materials, encompassing both instructor-led and self-paced training.
• Provides instruction and support to Learning Facilitators.
• Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in learning and development.
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in learning and development.
• Expertise in the Articulate 360 Suite.
• Proven experience in leading projects and fostering a high-performance team culture.
• Advanced business and analytics background with an emphasis on learning strategies and adult learning theories.
