This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Transform intricate business requirements and user needs into user-friendly wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Strategically plan and execute user research, market analysis, and usability testing to affirm design choices and champion the user experience.

• Enhance design system consistency by contributing reusable components and managing documentation for smooth developer transitions.

• Collaborate across functions with engineers and product managers to ensure technical viability and alignment with product strategies.

• Refine designs based on analytics, feedback, and evolving UX trends to perpetually enhance the user experience.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent design experience.

• Bachelor's degree in visual design, graphic design, graphic arts, or a related field.

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe software.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Capability to grasp technical concepts and visually convey them through design.

• Must be a resident and authorized to work in the specified location of the job posting.
