• Evaluates learning and performance requirements, organizes content, and creates effective solutions.
• Composes facilitator guides, storyboards, scripts, and training manuals.
• Develops diverse learning materials, encompassing both instructor-led and self-paced training formats.
• Monitors and assesses the effectiveness of training programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the field of learning and development.
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in learning and development.
• Expertise in Articulate 360 Suite.
• Advanced business and analytics experience with an emphasis on learning strategies and adult learning theories.
