This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Serve as the primary architect and leader of our organization-wide learning agenda, balancing a strategic overview with hands-on involvement.
β’ Develop, implement, and refine training initiatives that empower our team leaders and managers with the necessary skills to inspire and guide their remote teams.
β’ Collaborate closely with department leaders (Tech, Sales, Product, etc.) to pinpoint skills deficiencies and either source or create specialized, technical training that unlocks team capabilities.
β’ Design and deliver learning experiences specifically catered to a distributed workforce, ensuring that programs are interactive, foster community, and are engaging.
β’ Focus on training that addresses genuine business challenges, emphasizing measurable growth and practical application rather than merely fulfilling requirements.
β’ Combine the best of both approaches by developing custom internal content while also sourcing and managing top-notch external vendors and educational resources.
β’ You are adept and confident in managing an L&D budget, discerning where investments are necessary and where cost-effective solutions can be implemented.
β’ Extensive experience in L&D, yet you thrive as an independent operator. Success for you comes from personal execution and ownership rather than team management.
β’ A demonstrated history of working in a fully remote, global setting, with knowledge of the tools and strategies required to engage virtual audiences effectively.
β’ An exceptional communicator, facilitator, and storyteller, capable of quickly establishing trust across all levels of the organization.
β’ A strong grasp of adult learning theories sufficient to create highly educational training, complemented by the creativity to make it enjoyable and memorable.
β’ When you encounter a departmental bottleneck, your instinct is to devise a learning solution. You adapt swiftly based on feedback and business requirements.
β’ Proficient in utilizing our designated L&D tool, Sana.
