This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead significant team projects and OKRs, serving as the primary contact for intricate customer launches that necessitate advanced technical strategy and collaboration across functions.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of our largest and most intricate strategic implementations, guaranteeing successful results with minimal supervision.
• Serve as the main technical liaison and the "go-to" individual for leadership, high-value clients, and external vendors during critical escalations.
• Guide and mentor fellow Solutions Engineers through structured feedback, project/code reviews, and sharing expertise in agentic development and specialized knowledge.
• Proactively foresee potential technical challenges and formulate comprehensive contingency plans; pinpoint root causes of systemic problems and employ innovative solutions.
• Actively shape the Solutions Engineering roadmap by identifying areas for improvement in tools and processes and suggesting high-impact enhancements.
• Represent the Solutions Engineering function in cross-departmental initiatives with Product and Engineering to ensure the long-term scalability of our services.
• Over 7 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a comparable high-level technical position.
• Expertise in technical and programming fundamentals, including proficiency in agentic development and the ability to navigate complex data architectures.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple large-scale, high-complexity workstreams concurrently during peak periods.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of clearly conveying context to both executive-level stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous situations and make informed decisions regarding technology and stakeholder management under pressure.
• A proven track record of cultivating a positive team culture through "healthy debate," proactive knowledge sharing, and enhancing team productivity.
• A B.S. in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
