This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a copy strategy for digital products, encompassing storefronts, applications, workflows, and more.
• Lead and mentor a team of senior product copywriters across digital platforms including online intake processes, app functionalities, subscription management, and additional areas.
• Oversee the content strategy for product launches, experiments, and high-impact initiatives.
• Advocate for the incorporation of AI tools into copywriting processes, ideation, and content creation, establishing best practices and enhancing team efficiency.
• Act as a senior cross-functional collaborator with product managers, product marketing managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders, setting a benchmark for teamwork.
• Collect and manage feedback from stakeholders at various levels, including executive leadership.
• Produce brand, marketing, and UX copywriting of the highest quality while promoting and evolving the brand's voice, tone, and direction.
• Leverage your skills as an insight-driven storyteller to enhance every asset you engage with.
• Uphold editorial excellence, establishing standards for editing, grammar, and proofreading across the team.
• Create, adapt, and enforce brand and content guidelines throughout the organization.
• 10+ years of experience in digital product copywriting, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing copywriting teams.
• Extensive experience collaborating with designers and managing intricate, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proficient with AI writing and productivity tools, demonstrating the ability to integrate them into creative workflows, experimentation, and ideation processes.
• Strategic thinker with a robust history in data-driven marketing and experimentation.
• Proven capability to execute conversion- and engagement-focused experiments at scale.
• Effective in influencing stakeholders and executive audiences through persuasive creative reasoning.
• Strong communication skills to convey the value of marketing and content strategies at all organizational levels.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
• Hands-on “player/coach” leadership approach.
• Ability to navigate sensitive topics with clarity, empathy, and precision.
• Thorough understanding of the healthcare, wellness, or CPG industry is advantageous.
