This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Independently manage the entire client portfolio schedule without daily oversight: orchestrator → validated → reference-bank → schedule → copies → ClickUp.
• Advocate for and present the content strategy at biweekly client meetings.
• Produce high-quality campaign copy across various formats (organic, paid traffic, landing pages, emails, ManyChat).
• Develop and validate scripts for Reels and Stories, overseeing the production process until posting.
• Analyze clients' weekly metrics, cross-reference them with the editorial line, and suggest necessary adjustments.
• Investigate niche trends (plastic surgery, healthcare) and integrate them into the scheduling process.
• Conduct daily monitoring of clients' Instagram accounts to ensure proper execution.
• Maintain ongoing communication within client groups.
• Create paid-traffic materials, including scripts and creative copy.
• Present new content tests during weekly meetings.
• Offer ad hoc support to junior copywriters with technical inquiries.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the team lead.
• Strong, clear, and assertive communication skills.
• Proficient in metrics analysis.
• Experience in high-ticket client services.
• Applied expertise in copywriting, storytelling, and persuasive frameworks (AIDA, PAS, cognitive triggers).
• Comprehensive understanding of the full awareness funnel: capable of scripting for all stages—top, middle, and bottom—with appropriate CTAs.
• Ability to autonomously produce multi-format copy (carousels, Reels, static posts, Stories, ads, landing pages, emails, ManyChat).
• Independent application of the seven Reels levers and the informative post principle (four layers).
• Advanced skills in ClickUp.
• Solid understanding of CFM regulations, privacy rules for before/after content, and platform policies (Meta).
• Capability to strategically utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, process organization, and delivery refinement, ensuring final reviews align with company standards.
• Mastery of the Stark modeling method.
• Ability to construct visual briefs within copy.
