Senior Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily production of emails from concept to publication aimed at an audience of active traders.

• Develop a forward-looking email content calendar while remaining flexible to adapt swiftly to market fluctuations or industry developments.

• Continuously generate ideas across various themes and perspectives.

• Ensure a consistent structure, pacing, and tone that aligns with the established TakeProfitTrader voice.

• Execute first drafts with a focus on clarity, credibility, and efficiency.

• Produce and dispatch high-quality daily emails according to a dependable schedule.

• Design and manage a rotating email framework (themes, formats, recurring concepts) to avoid redundancy and reader fatigue.

• Recognize timely and relevant opportunities that necessitate adjustments to the email calendar.

• Collaborate closely with the CMO on voice, positioning, and strategic direction.

• Refine copy based on feedback, performance metrics, and the broader business context.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and compliant copy that steers clear of hype, exaggeration, or overly optimistic language.

• Assist with additional copywriting needs (landing pages, paid advertisements, promotions) as capacity allows once email responsibilities are fully established.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of senior-level copywriting experience, particularly focused on email communications.

• Demonstrated ability to create clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented copy without resorting to hype.

• Experience in planning and managing ongoing email campaigns or newsletters.

• Strong skills in editing, proofreading, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools as part of a contemporary copy workflow (while maintaining a human touch).

• Knowledge of email best practices, including subject lines, calls to action, cadence, and deliverability.
