Senior Lead – Market & Product Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive research and analysis on market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer requirements.

• Develop data-driven strategies to boost product revenue and increase market share.

• Oversee specific projects or significant work streams associated with BrowserStack’s overall product strategy.

• Present recommendations to the Executive Committee.

• Identify, prioritize, structure, and manage complex challenges that influence product priorities.

• Create long-term monetization and commercialization strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of finalized strategies.

• Manage the strategic initiative lifecycle from inception and formulation to execution and outcome evaluation.

• Assess success against established metrics to achieve tangible financial benefits.

• Provide rigorous, fact-based recommendations to executives, functional management, or regional management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of overall experience.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management, growth, and/or product strategy.

• Exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to effectively communicate a long-term vision across the organization and to clients.

• Familiarity with the developer or SaaS market ecosystem.

• Ability to remain informed on competitive and market trends.

• Outstanding communication skills and a strong executive presence.

• Proficiency in navigating ambiguity and influencing multiple levels within a global, matrixed organization.

• Consistent and relevant leadership behaviors in managing teams, customer communications, and interactions with peers, senior management, clients, and third-party vendors.

• Competence in structuring, managing, and coordinating numerous complex cross-functional projects and processes involving multiple stakeholders.
