This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Take charge of analytics and the weekly operational cadence: Facilitate the weekly performance meeting across both brands and conduct on-the-fly analyses in marketing, brand services, and product using Hex, Tableau, and Snowflake.
• Manage site experimentation from start to finish: Oversee ideation, scoping, instrumentation, analysis, and documentation of A/B tests throughout the funnel, enhancing both test speed and success rate.
• Ensure MarTech signaling and data integrity: Oversee pixel, CAPI, and server-side tagging for Meta, Google, and Pinterest, as well as GTM, OneTrust consent, feed management, and event quality assurance.
• Innovate with AI-native tools: Utilize Claude, Cursor, and Codex to develop internal dashboards and lightweight applications that replace more cumbersome vendor solutions.
• 6-8 years of experience in growth analytics, MarTech, marketing analytics, or a combination of growth engineering roles, preferably within a consumer, DTC, ecommerce, or marketplace brand.
• Proficient in SQL for cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar) and experienced with modern BI tools such as Hex, Tableau, Looker, or Mode.
• Practical experience in implementing and troubleshooting pixels, CAPI, and server-side tagging for Meta, Google, or Pinterest, including GTM and consent management.
• Proven track record of end-to-end management of A/B testing using tools like AB Tasty, Optimizely, VWO, Statsig, GrowthBook, or equivalents.
• Familiarity with attribution platforms (Rockerbox, Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar) and feed management systems (Feedonomics, GoDataFeed, or Marpipe).
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers — able to review a PR, craft a concise Jira ticket, and facilitate workflow to completion.
• Experience managing vendors with MarTech contracts and accountable for data quality and delivery outcomes.
• An AI-native approach to work — regularly using Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools to accelerate analysis and tooling processes.
